Youth Ministry Team

This will vary from church to church, but you can generally expect to serve in one of three ways:

1. Joining a team that rotates through churches together, serving each church in a short-term capacity.
2. Joining a team that is matched to one church to serve in a long-term capacity.
3. Being added to a list of students who are notified when a church is hosting a larger event, such as a DNOW, where you can serve on a case-by-case basis.

Whichever way you end up serving, you can generally expect to help with tasks such as preaching sermons, leading in worship, facilitating small group discussions, etc. 

The way you serve dependent on your skills and interests - how would each ministry best benefit from your gifts?

Nope! While you volunteer with a youth ministry, you are still free to attend your current church.

We will have repeated training meetings covering a variety of topics related to youth ministry. The topics, locations, and dates/times of these trainings will be announced soon.
