Sarah Walker

Senior Coordinator for Service

As the Senior Coordinator for Service, Sarah Walker works closely with students, campus organizations, and local nonprofits to facilitate meaningful connections and partnerships. Sarah enjoys working at the nexus of student development and community development, and she believes that when done well, service can be transformational for everyone involved. Prior to moving to moving to Waco, Sarah worked with the Methodist Church in Madrid, Spain, and then as an international community development consultant around Latin America, Africa, and Europe. She earned her B.A. in International Relations and Spanish from Hendrix College, and her M.Ed. in Community Development and Action as well as a Certificate in Global Health from Vanderbilt University. Born and raised in the Lone Star State, Sarah is an avid backpacker, runner, and Bananagrams enthusiast!
