Bailey Hebert
Senior Program Coordinator for Missions
Bailey Hebert has been at Baylor since 2021 and currently serves as the Senior Program Coordinator for Missions. In this role, she works directly with students as they prepare for discipline-specific mission trips all over the globe. She is passionate about helping students find unique and meaningful ways to learn about themselves and the world outside of the classroom by connecting them with global mission opportunities. Her love of travel planning and student development intersect beautifully in this role where she has the chance to work with students in leadership roles and with Baylor’s partner organizations.
Bailey has a Bachelor of Behavioral Sciences from Hardin-Simmons University and graduated with her Master of Education in International Higher Education from Loyola University Chicago. Bailey has worked in a variety of roles within higher education and has cherished each opportunity to impact students during this uniquely formative time of life. When she’s not working with college students, she loves baking cookies, hosting game nights and family camping trips.
